Agreements

Here is the list of all the agreements that need to be signed before you can become on-boarded to the NIC platform.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is a legally binding contract that establishes a confidential relationship between NIC and the Distributor. 

Official Proposal that outlines the various platform models and pricing. The Distributor needs to review and sign this document.

This is an online form that is completed by the Distributor during the on-boarding process. This collects important information about the Distributor that NIC needs to know. 

Master Services Agreement (MSA) is the primary contract between NIC and the Distributor.

Carrier Data Authorization letters are used to authorize the Carriers to send in force life and annuity data to NIC.

Distributor End User License Agreement (EULA) is an online user agreement that defines the terms and conditions with respect to a Distributor App User's use of the NIC platform.

Agent End User License Agreement (EULA) is an online user agreement that defines the terms and conditions with respect to an Agent App User's use of the NIC platform.

Once the agreements are signed and returned, your NIC On-boarding Manager will contact you and walk you through the next steps of on-boarding.
